This department is a unit under the college provost designated for works and department planning for the college.The unit is majorly charge with the responsibilities of continous planning, monitoring, evaluation and physical implementation of the college master plan among others.

JOB SCEDULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIT.
1. Preparation and continous updating the college master plan.
2. Initiates new project from time to time through conceptualization of accomodation briefs of the user departments in the college into physical architectural designs and process same through comitees within and up to the governing council.
3. Providing advice to the provost, council commitee on matters relating to the college physical and infrastructural development.
4. Make recommendation on appointments of consultants and contractors for the college project and as well monitor there activities after the college engagement.
5. Preparation of neccessary contracts documents for tender board of college and other funding/donor agencies such as tetfund, NCCE, etc.
6. Tender valuation, analysis and reporting of cost implication on contractual issues
7. Monitoring and supervision of new construction projects emberk upon by the college right from the planning stage to completion stage
8. Preparation and monitoring of capital budget of the college in conjunction with the bursary department.
